Hazards:
1. Electrical wire along the passage way, tripping hazard
2. Table partially blocking the passage way, bumping hazard
3. Material on top of piled metal cabinet, falling hazard
4. Combustible materials inside drum just beside the person doing grinding activity, might ignite anytime
due to embers generated while grinding
5. Overhead Hoist Crane Hook, no safety lock. chain or sling left hanging, falling hazard.
6. Fire Extinguisher, blocked with materials
7. Vertical ladder at the back, insufficient fall protection
8. Improper location of grinding table, must be relocated alligned with the drill press
9. Direction of grinding towards the passage way, hazard for people passing by
10. improper position of person doing the drilling activity, must be in front of the drill press machine and not
on the side.
