Sir/ Ma'am:

Sana po, some discussions on the New Fire Code of the Philippines may be presented. So far, nobody has replied responsibly to my inquiry about this new law.

Thank you.

Kureireika, et al.

Should not be a problem. I believe this STO had it already as a regular training module.

Just contact them by email or phone to determine their next's schedule on the new FIRE CODE seminar.

Be safe

Naku! I am very sorry to say that this training sucks! One of our safety officers attended this training (because our organization really wants to be informed of the new fire code).

We were very disapponted! Alam nyo ba ang diniscuss kung ano?! FALAR! (In fairness, we got something out of the FALAR discussion) And when our safety officer started asking the resource speaker about the new fire code and its difference with the old fire code, alam nyo ba kung ano ang sagot: "Ah! Yan ba gusto nyo?! Basahin nyo na lang yung hand-outs!"

I am also not trying to make sira this STO, but I know that, it is not accredited by the BWC.

Just sharing our experiences...

Break! Break!

Guys. It would be better na sa originator manggaling ang talks on this....its the BFP....as of this time, wala pa yatang IRR na na publish regarding the new code (which was posted sa Inquirer last year)...really surprising that an STO is making "initiative" on this....regarding the question what's the different with the old and the new..eh broad to answer yan....tuwa ang BFP coz yung fund generated sa mga fire clearances ay mauuwi daw sa kanilang modernization according to the new....BFP should really be speaking out on this...baka clouded pa rin naman most practitioners sa issue eh.

How about contacting your neighborhood BFP and asking for an in-house orientation....what do you think?

Tama po si Mr HSE. Pero I would suggest that we coordinate with the DILG first. Di sa minamaliit ko po ang local BFP, pero minsan, I've experienced na po na kahit yung simple tetrahedron theory ay di ma-explain. Hehehe.

Meron na rin po ata na-released na na IRR. We've attended a short training at Shell Tabangao, and their Fire Safety Consultant discussed it briefly. (See, mas may alam pa yung private practitioners. Hehe.)

Be Safe...

PS: bakit wala pa po yung Davao Convention Pix?!

According to an institutional friend at the BFP Main...there's still no IRR for the New Fire Code!

Why go to DILG? Go to BFP!, go to a higher position or contact its local Head in your area. They should be in the forefront of this.

Your "minsang experience" eh makakatyempo ka nyan kahit saan!
