rbsaquino, Hi! sorry for the delays, I am communicating with the Host Chapter to send the program, until now no response. I already instructed our secretariat to follow-up this matter. I will post this once we get the program.

Sirs:
The convention brochures mentioned that we have to pay in advance to the hotel or to ASPPI Davao so as not to lose our reservation.
Can we just pay the hotel upon registration?
Thanks

Colleagues in Safety Forum:
Yes, this was really successful one. Kudos to ASPPI Reg 11 -Davao Chapter officers and the event organizers. I am not sure about the exact number but it was announced that moe than 350 delegates attended (with Gross Revenue -sort of P1.6 M ). I was there and I saw how full pack the ball room was. This one surpassed all previous conventions in terms of attendance and ASPPI is really growing in terms of participation and following.
I just observed that the certificates were late and CD contaiining presentatoin materials were not distributed. However, this is no big deal in consideration of the following: 1. Nice food 2. There were many good presentatoins like the crane safety, culture of safety, kaptiran update, decent workplace, among others but there were also some boring ones and generic topics like chamical safety. 3. Nice bag- knapsack style ganda nito sa laptop, and there were manny raffles and give-aways 4. Nice souvenir program 5. Nice evening fellowships 6. SMILE awarding showed how BWC has partnered well with ASPPI on improving awareness by giving milestone recognitions. As to the detractors of SMILE, better think how this work in some companies. It is not a perfect process but do prove something
More than the above, I benefitted a lot from the netwroking with other Safety and health practitioners. Bumaha din ng papaya at saging.
Sorry na lang sa di nagpunta. Better try it next year.
