WE WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE REGARDING THE RECENT POSTING OF DOWNLOADABLE (FILLABLE) MEMBERSHIP FORM WHICH HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO MSWORD 2003. IT WAS ORIGINALLY DESIGNED USING MSWORD 2007. THE FORM WAS LOCKED AND CAN ONLY BE FILLED-UP. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSTRUCTIVE COMMENTS AND WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO IMPROVE OUR ASSOCIATION. MEMBERSHIP IS THE FOUNDATION OF OUR ASSOCIATION AND WE BELIEVE MAKING IT EASY CAN HELP IMPROVE OUR MEMBERSHIP COVERAGE.

THE DOWNLOADABLE MEMBERSHIP FORM IS STILL ON ITS DEVELOPMENT STAGE, THERE ARE SOME OTHER AREAS THAT STILL BEING STUDIED. THE MEMBERSHIP "PAYMENT INFORMATION" ERROR WAS ONE OF THE EFFECT OF CONVERSION FROM 2007 TO 2003 VERSION OF MSWORD. WE DID CONVERTED FOR THE REASON THAT NOT ALL OF US ARE USING VERSION 2007 AND THEY CAN'T OPEN THE FORM USING OLDER VERSION. AS YOU MAY NOTICE ON THE NEW FORM (VERSION 2007) THE "Association Membership Dues" & "Membership Re-classification Dues" IS A "DROP-DOWN" MENU.

WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR BEING SUPPORTIVE OF THE UNDERTAKINGS OF THE ASPPI.

Hello! Sir,

I would like to clarify the amount of P1,000.00 for Donation to ASPPI, which is stated in the new format. I have read the ASPPI CBL,rules and regulations, and I don't recall anything about a donation. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

hmmm...kindly expound re the "donation" item in the "new" form....this could easily be misinterpreted by the majority...sa panahon na maraming nangyayari up to the seat of government.

To ALL SAFETY FORUM MEMBERS:

After reading the issues raised on the P1000 donation in ASPPI application form, I immediately raised it to the Board and Officers of ASPPI. We realized the mistake and President Larry Seril immediately instructed the Secretariat and website moderator to correct the error in the form.

We apologize for the error and we have checked the Board Meeting records already to verify if there was an approval of this in the previous set of ASPPI National Board minutes.

We thank you for bringing the mistake to our attention and the National Board and Officers of ASPPI apologize for this.

Rest assured that the Board will address any concerns raised by its constituents and proper actions will be done immediately. Please bear with us.

TO ALL,
IF YOU CAN OPEN THE MEMBERSHIP FORM USING MSWORD 2007 VERSION, IT IS MUCH EASIER BECAUSE THE FORM CAN BE FILLED-UP EASILY (by typing all the data and selecting the options in the drop-down menu). HOWEVER IF YOU USING THE 2003 VERSION OR LOWER, YOU CAN FILL IT UP MANUALLY (using a pen). FOR THOSE WHO CAN OPEN THE FORM USING 2007 VERSION, YOU CAN REALLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE.
