Hello! Mr. da_foreman,

Thank you so much for your querry. Anyway, Let me correct your statement, there were no ASPPI break -away group in Batangas Chapter, the new set of elected officers opted not to use the ASPPI name for delicadeza and respect to the Organization. This coming July 18 , the new set of officers will have a meeting with DOLE-BWC Director and ASPPI National President to clarify the issues (ex. membership fee, recognition of the new group..etc).

The names of new set of officers were already communicated to Dir. Brenda Villafuerte and ASPPI National President Mr. Larry Seril, they responded positively regarding the commitment of the officers and members in terms of safety and health in batangas chapter.

We will keep in touch to all Safety officers in Batangas once we clarify the issues.

Additional item:

The meeting was succesfully held at Fort Wayne, First Philippine Industrial Park, San Anastacia, Sto. Thomas, Batangas dated July 18, 2009 9:00am to 12:30pm. Our guest are Dir.Brenda Villafuerte ( DOLE ) Ms Sylvia Valdez ( BWC ) and Sir Fernando Castillo ( ASPPI National ).

For the rest of the details, I think Sir Joel will be the appropriate person to feed the infos.
