Guys, kumusta ang employees ninyo with motorcycles? Kasi most of the accidents ngayon ay involving motorcycles and most ay mga employed pa na going to and from work.

Motorcycle Safety 101
1. Annual Motorcycle Driving Safety Seminar ( Conducted by Authorized Honda Representative )
2. All motorcycle users are required to abide the basic requirements of motorcycle unit ( Headlights,
Flashers, Tail lights, side mirrors, etc )
- Violators are not allowed to enter the company premise.
3. All riders are required to atleast wear 3/4 or full face helmet, closed shoes while inside the premise.
4. Standard speed limit of 10kph within the vicinity.
5. Controlled access for vehicle users, From gate to parking areas only.
6. Basic traffic rules is applied inside the vicinity ( ex. road signs and paints )
7. Posting of vital informations such as traffic signs, hand signals, and up to date motorcycle accident
within and from other sister companies.

As of the moment, yan pa lang po. We've been studying how to strengthen our drive for their safety while
they are on the road.

ok gud effort. see to it that there is an emphasis that these knowledge must be implemented /put in practice even outside the plant coz this is the problem. Napakalaki ng ng problem na ito. Daming press release mga government agencies but we all know what's happening.Ur little effort is a little relief. Of course monitor any off-the-job motorcycle incidents from your employees.

Talagang sa safety knowing and doing are two different things!

Regards dyan sa kasamang safety mo

Yes sir, actually, kasama siya sa safety performance evaluation per section namin( Accidents na nangyari inside while at work plus yung ingress-egress ng employee ) Para mas maging competetive yung bawat section na i-promote ang safety inside and outside the plant. :ugeek: May mga lapses pa but sabi nga hindi yan kayang kuhanin sa isang tulugan lang, all we need is continuous implementation and monitoring.

With regards to the problem, malaking problema talaga yan sir, the government knows the situation pero kulang ang kanilang action to prevent or mitigate the problem. All they do is propaganda but and as we all know hindi yun sapat. What we need is a total engineering measures. Kasi nga hindi naman lahat ay laging susunod, may ipapanganak dyang pasaway  and dapat kasama sila sa makokontrol.
